Very relaxing
I fall asleep whenever I put this on. Coincidentally, I want to fall asleep when I put this on. It's very effective.

I enjoyed this very much. Helped me to refocus and even my 2 year old grand son watched it. Soothing for us both
cool sounds
great sounds and landscapes, rivers, lakes and other wildlife. It also had some awesome pictures. I just wouldn't watch it for 30mins.
